Shanice Pierre is the Founder and CEO of JPAIIR, formerly known as Oxtail For Sale.

A Dallas-born designer with Jamaican roots and a Fashion Design degree from Howard University, Shanice built her brand at the intersection of culture, function, and bold luxury.

Through JPAIIR, she continues to redefine everyday accessories with statement-making pieces designed to organize, elevate, and protect the bags we already love.

Her vision is rooted in intentional design, cultural confidence, and creating pieces that feel just as powerful as they look.
