JPAIIR™ Frequently Asked Questions & Program Terms

1. What is the JPAIIR One-of-One Custom Experience?

Our custom experience allows customers to personalize a JPAIIR Concave™ Bag or Croc Bones™ Organizer by choosing from available vegan croc colors, velvet interior linings, zipper materials, and hardware finishes.

Each custom product is made according to the customer's confirmed selections.

A one-of-one custom experience refers to the personalized design process and does not guarantee exclusive ownership of the resulting colorway.

2. How does the customization process work?

Once your purchase is completed, JPAIIR will contact you using the email address associated with your order within 2-3 business days.

You'll receive instructions for selecting your available exterior and interior colors, zipper material, and hardware finish.

Your selections must be reviewed and confirmed before production begins.

Customization selections are not made at checkout.

3. What customization options are available?

Customers may choose from:

• 47 available exterior vegan croc colors (Croc Only)

• Ombre Croc Available (Contrast Strap color is available under Ombre pricing)

• Available velvet interior colors

• Plastic or metal zipper

• Available hardware finishes

Certain combinations may be unavailable due to manufacturing limitations, material availability, or product compatibility.

JPAIIR will communicate any unavailable selections before final design approval.

4. How long will my custom order take?

Estimated processing and production is 35–45 days following final written design confirmation, plus shipping time via DHL.

ALL DESIGNS MUST BE FINALIZED BY 11/15/2026.

The quicker we finalize your design, the quicker it can be submitted for production.

Delays in responding to customization emails, finalizing selections, or approving changes may extend the overall timeline.

Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.

If fulfillment is delayed, JPAIIR will communicate the delay and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

5. Are international customers eligible?

Yes! Customers in eligible international shipping destinations may participate.

International shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and delivery times vary by destination.

Applicable charges and shipping information will be disclosed as required before purchase.

6. Is my custom design exclusive to me?

No. While your custom product is personally created around your selections, the color combination itself is not guaranteed to remain exclusive.

JPAIIR may reproduce, modify, manufacture, market, distribute, or commercially release submitted color combinations as part of future products or collections, subject to the rights granted under our Custom Design Terms.

A custom purchase does not prevent JPAIIR from independently creating or offering identical or substantially similar combinations.

7. Who owns the rights to my custom design?

JPAIIR retains all rights in its preexisting intellectual property, including product constructions, trademarks, product names, branding, proprietary patterns, and other original brand assets.

By accepting our Custom Design Terms and participating in the customization process, you authorize JPAIIR to use and commercially exploit your submitted customization selections under the applicable Design Rights Agreement.

To the extent your submission contains original intellectual property rights that you own, any assignment or license of those rights is governed by the separately accepted Design Rights Agreement.

JPAIIR's rights may include reproducing, adapting, modifying, manufacturing, marketing, distributing, and selling resulting designs worldwide, including in future collections.

These rights are subject to applicable law and the executed agreements.

8. Can JPAIIR release my design in the future?

Yes.

JPAIIR reserves the right to release submitted color combinations at any time, including months or years after the original custom order.

There is no guaranteed release date and no obligation to commercially produce a customer's colorway.

Release timing, production quantities, pricing, and distribution are determined by JPAIIR.

9. What is the Featured PAIIRisian Designer Program?

The Featured PAIIRisian Designer Program rewards eligible customers whose custom colorways are selected as the basis for an official JPAIIR featured collection.

Selected designers may earn PAIIR Points from qualifying product sales.

Purchasing a custom order does not automatically guarantee selection or enrollment.

If selected, the customer will be notified and invited to accept the Featured Designer Agreement, which establishes the qualifying colorway, earning period, and reward terms.

10. How do Featured Designers earn PAIIR Points?

Our proposed Featured Designer Program uses an initial collection allocation of 175 units.

For each qualifying featured collection:

5 PAIIR Points are earned per qualifying unit sold.

When all 175 units have completed qualifying sales, an additional 125-point sellout bonus is awarded.

Maximum points earned: 1,000 PAIIR Points.

The final total includes the 125-point sellout bonus.

Points are earned only on qualifying sales from the designated first collection of up to 175 units. Additional restocks and future releases do not automatically earn further points unless separately agreed in writing.

11. What can I redeem my PAIIR Points for?

Featured Designers may redeem earned points toward the following eligible products:

500 PAIIR Points — 1 Croc Bones™ Organizer

750 PAIIR Points — 1 Concave Mini™

1,000 PAIIR Points — 1 Concave Large™

Points may be saved or redeemed as milestones are reached.

Once points are redeemed, they are deducted from the available balance and cannot be reused.

For example, a designer who redeems 500 points for a Croc Bones Organizer would need to earn an additional 500 points to reach a 1,000-point available balance.

The 1,000-point collection maximum is not an additional complimentary handbag beyond the points reward.

Rewards are subject to available eligible product inventory and the disclosed PAIIR Points Program Terms.

12. When are points actually awarded?

Points are awarded following verification of qualifying sales.

A qualifying sale is a designated featured-collection unit that has been purchased, paid for, fulfilled, and not canceled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed.

Free promotional items, replacement units, fraudulent transactions, and non-revenue distributions do not qualify.

Points may be credited periodically as sales are verified.

The 125-point sellout bonus is awarded only after all 175 designated units meet the qualifying-sale requirements.

13. What happens if my collection doesn't sell out?

You keep the points earned from qualifying sales, subject to the applicable loyalty program terms.

For example, if 100 qualifying units sell, the featured designer earns 500 PAIIR Points.

If the collection does not reach all 175 qualifying sales, the additional 125-point sellout bonus is not awarded.

There is no guarantee that any featured collection will sell out.

14. What happens if my design is released years later?

If your design is selected as the basis for a qualifying future Featured PAIIRisian collection, you will be contacted regarding participation and the applicable program agreement.

Your opportunity to earn points will begin with qualifying sales during that collection's designated release period.

The time elapsed since your original custom purchase does not, by itself, disqualify your design from future consideration.

JPAIIR does not guarantee that any design will be selected or released.

15. Can multiple customers submit similar designs?

Yes. Customers may independently select identical or similar combinations.

JPAIIR will review documented submissions, preexisting designs, and the basis for a proposed featured release when determining Featured Designer eligibility.

Submitting a combination does not guarantee exclusive attribution or prevent its use by other customers or JPAIIR.

Where a design is selected for the Featured Designer Program, the participant's eligibility and rewards will be documented in the applicable written agreement.

16. Will I receive cash or royalties from my design?

No cash royalties, commissions, equity, profit-sharing payments, or other monetary compensation are included in the standard Featured Designer Program.

Eligible participants receive PAIIR Points according to the disclosed earning structure.

PAIIR Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be redeemed only for eligible JPAIIR rewards according to the applicable loyalty program terms.

Any separate paid licensing or compensation arrangement must be documented in a separate written agreement.

17. Can JPAIIR use my name, photographs, or social media content?

JPAIIR may contact selected designers about opportunities to feature their stories, names, photographs, or social media content.

Public use of a customer's identity, likeness, or submitted personal content for promotional purposes will require appropriate permission.

Participation in the custom program does not automatically require a customer to appear in promotional materials.

18. Can I change or cancel my custom design?

Customers may request changes before final design approval, subject to available materials and production capabilities. All Sales are Final.

Once the design is approved and submitted for production, changes may not be completed.

Custom orders are final sale.

If JPAIIR cannot fulfill the agreed custom specifications, we will communicate available alternatives or provide the applicable legally required remedies.

19. Can I submit logos, copyrighted artwork, or other designs?

Customers may not submit third-party trademarks, protected logos, artwork, university insignia, celebrity likenesses, or other protected materials without appropriate authorization.

Customers represent that they have permission to submit any creative materials supplied for customization.

JPAIIR may reject or request changes to submissions that cannot be manufactured or that may infringe third-party rights.

20. What design differences should I expect?

Custom products may exhibit minor variations in texture, color placement, material finish, stitching, or other characteristics associated with individual production.

Digital color representations may differ from physical materials.

JPAIIR will use the approved design specifications as the basis for manufacturing.

These variation disclosures do not limit any rights customers may have regarding defective or materially nonconforming products.

21. Can the Featured Designer Program change?

JPAIIR may modify, suspend, or discontinue future program offerings.

However, earning rates, qualifying quantities, and rewards already established in an accepted Featured Designer Agreement will remain subject to that agreement and applicable law.

Additional collections or future restocks require separate reward arrangements if points are to be earned from those sales.

22. What am I agreeing to when I purchase?

By completing a custom product purchase and affirmatively accepting the applicable Custom Design Terms, you acknowledge the following:

• Your custom selections will be completed after checkout through email correspondence.

• Production begins following final written design approval.

• Estimated production is 35–45 days after design confirmation, plus shipping.

• Custom color combinations are not guaranteed to remain exclusive.

• JPAIIR retains ownership of its existing intellectual property.

• Customer-submitted designs and customization details may be commercially used in accordance with the Design Rights Agreement.

• JPAIIR may release color combinations in future collections at its discretion.

• Featured Designer selection and rewards are not guaranteed.

• If selected and enrolled, rewards are earned according to the applicable Featured Designer Agreement.

• Custom orders are final sale except where otherwise required by applicable law.

• International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, taxes, or duties.

The full Custom Design Terms, Design Rights Agreement, Featured Designer Agreement, Privacy Policy, and applicable PAIIR Points Program Terms govern participation.

Customers must have access to applicable terms before agreeing to them. Additional customization instructions will be provided after purchase.
